Apuntate ahoraEl BOX es como llamamos al lugar donde se imparten nuestras clases, son en grupos reducidos y se adaptan a tu nivel con plazas limitadas y un coach o dos, dependiendo de la cantidad de atletas en clase, que siempre estarán pendientes de ti y te adaptarán todos los ejercicios para que puedas seguir el ritmo de la clase sin ningún problema.
